For adult individuals with intellectual disabilities seeking support:

The Ministry of Community and Social Services established the Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) to support the coordination of community services.  Within the developmental service sector, one of the responsibilities of CSCN is to provide a single point of access for individuals who are seeking accommodation supports.  All requests for accommodation supports must be make through CSCN.  This single point of access takes into account individual/family choice of service agency they prefer to receive service from.  Families can call us directly or they can ask the agency they are working with to contact us on their behalf.
